My QR Code is not scanning, what should I do?

- Try entering the serial number listed under your QR Code.
- Go to your profile and review your previous scans. You’ll find a list with the serial numbers for each voucher you scanned.
- If your voucher isn’t listed, reach out to us via email at [email protected] or use our online chat feature.
- We’ll verify your serial number and check if anyone else in your organization has already used the QR Code. If there’s an issue, we’ll promptly credit your account.
