My QR Code is not scanning, what should I do?

  1. Try entering the serial number listed under your QR Code.
  2. Go to your profile and review your previous scans. You’ll find a list with the serial numbers for each voucher you scanned.
  3. If your voucher isn’t listed, reach out to us via email at [email protected] or use our online chat feature.
  4. We’ll verify your serial number and check if anyone else in your organization has already used the QR Code. If there’s an issue, we’ll promptly credit your account.
